- One planning meeting (virtual or in-person)
- Vendor recommendations
- Custom timeline creation
- Up to 6 hours of event-day coordination
- Setup and breakdown assistance
- On-site event management and basic decor placement

Month-of Coordination
Ideal for couples who have handled the planning but want professional help bringing it all together in the final month. Starting at $600
Includes everything from The Party Package, plus:
- Meeting 4-6 weeks before the wedding
- Vendor communication and final timeline creations
- Day-of coordination from setup through breakdown (up to 10 hours)
- Management of vendor arrivals and event flow
- Emergency kit provided on-site

Partial Planning Package
For the couple who has planned some details but needs some guidance tying it all together. Starting at $1,000
Includes everything from the Month-of Coordination package, plus:
- Up to 4 planning meetings throughout the process
- Vendor referrals and contract review
- Budget guidance and organization
- Personalized checklist and planning timeline
- Unlimited email and text communication
- Design and layout assistance
- Full day-of coverage: setup through breakdown

Full-Service Wedding Planning
Perfect for the couples who want full support from "Yes!" to "I Do!" Starting at $1,700
Includes everything from the Partial Planning Package, plus:
- Full vendor sourcing, booking, and communication
- Budget management and payment tracking
- Full design concept and decor consulting
- Venue walkthroughs and site visits
- Rehearsal coordination included
- Full wedding day coverage (typically 10-12+ hours)
- Personalized planning checklist and detailed wedding binder

Add-Ons (Available for any package)
- Additional assistant (required for 75+ guests): $250
- Second assistant(required for 150+ guests): $250
-Rehearsal dinner coordination: $250
- Flat travel fee for in state events (40 miles outside of Athens, TN): $100
- Additional coordination hours (outside included day-of timeframe): $75/hr
- Design Consultation and Vision Board: $250
- Setup/ Teardown Crew (extra labor for large events): $200 per assistant
-Timeline-Only Service(for DIY weddings needing professional day-of timeline): $300

- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date
- The remaining balance is due two weeks before your due date
- Guest counts affect required assistants (see above)
- Custom packages and payment plans are available
- Pricing may very based on date, guest count, travel, or event complexity
- Off-season or weekday discounts may apply
- For a hassle-free wedding package, a 5% vendor fee is required
